Kisame Hoshigaki is the ninja of the Hidden Mist. Kisame Hoshigaki feared as Monster of the Hidden Mist and he was S-Rank, Missing-nin of Hidden Mist. Kisame Hoshigaki is once of the new generation Seven Ninja Swordsman of the Mist.
Kisame Hoshgaki was a member of Cypher Division under orders from his superiors Fuguki Suikazan of Seven Ninja Swordsman. During his mission Kisame killed his Cypher Division comrades when they were in danger by Konohagakure's ninja to keep their Intel being leaked out through Ibiki's interrogation.
When Kisame learns that Fuguki Suikazan leaking information to other enemy villages he killed Fuguki Suikazan and took Samehada. After he takes Samehada he became superior as one of the Seven Swordsmen. later Kisame as title " Monster of the Hidden Mist " then he formed a connection with Suigetsu and Mangetsu. Kisame is also able to use Silent Killing Technique like other Ninja Swordsman. 
After joining Akatsuki and including in assassination in other countries Daimyo, Kisame became missing-nin eventually. After partnering with Itachi hen they went Konoha for hunting Naruto when they found Naruto under protection of Jiraiya, Itachi hypnotized a woman to distract Jiraiya and he left Naruto alone. When Naruto tries to fight, Kisame used Samehada absorbed all Naruto's chakra and tried to cuts off Naruto's arms but Jiraiya appeared and Toad Gama saved Naruto. Kisame and Itachi trapped in Jiraiya's Summoning Toad Mouth Bind, but they escaped with Itachi's Amaterau.
When Akatsuki extracting Bijju from Kazekage Gaara's body, they learned the Konoha ninja Guy and his team nearing to heir hideout. Remembering the last time Kisame volunteered that he would stopped them and Pain used his Shape-shifting Technique and created a duplicate Kisame that can be controlled by Kisame using his 30% chakra. After a good fight Guy killed duplicate Kisame opening his Sixth Gate. Kisame complained to Itachi, he wouldn't be killed if real Kisame was over there.
After some time Kisame successfully managed to capture the Jinchuriki of Four Tails when Tobi and Diedara captured the Three Tails Bijju. Kisame was a strong ninja with his Samehada Sword he captured Four Tails without a scratch.
Before sealing Bijju they informed about Sasuke's group Hebi. Itachi taksed to Kisame stand guard outside the Uchiha Hideout and to let only Sasuke through. While Kisame was guarding outside claiming Samehada, Suigetsu and he started a fight, Suigetsu stopped fighting when he realized that he is no match for Kisame.
Kisame could heal and replenish his chakra by temporarily fusing with Samehada. Only Kisame was allow to use Samehada, if anyone besides try to pick it up, spikes protrude from its handle, and it returns to Kisame's side because Samehada liked Kisame's chakra instead of anyone. While Kisame was fighting with Bee in his state version 2, he used Water Poison Shark Dance Technique and fused with Samehada in this image Kisame fused with Samehada. 
Bee and A joined forces against Kisame, when Kisame attempts to counter with Water Release: Great Shark Bullet Technique, before finishing his technique he was decapitated by their Double Lariat. Before dying he stated, that attacked was simply to fast for him.
It was later revealed that decapitated body was one of Zetsu clone.The sword itself taken by Killer Bee and the real Kisame was hide inside the Samehada in order to infiltrate Kumogakure. Kisame took notes on the village's plans and military strength.
Naruto ans Bee sent to the Turtle Island in order to protect both of them from Akatsuki and Bee helped Naruto to control over Nine-Tails. Wen Naruto take control over the Nine-Tails chakra he sensed evil chakra and Kisame took Sameada and tries to escape but Naruto stopped him with his new speed and new power but didn't no his power his foot got stuck in the wall taking advantage Kisame continue his bid for freedom.
When Kisame exited from Falls of Truth, he got into Might Guy's attack who believed Kisame was his inner self and he still didn't remember him, thinking about that it is blow fish. When Naruto and Bee existed from Falls of Truth, Samehada abandoned Kisame and returned to the Bee then Kisame took advantage and stole chakra from Bee. 
Aoba Yamashiro attacked with his Secret Technique: Stone Needles, but his chakra absorbed as well. Using Wter Style : Shark Bomb Technique, Kisame attacking on Guy, escaped from Falls of Truth. When Kisame reached to shoreline he gave scroll to Summoned Shark but Guy tracked him down and saw all what Kisame was doing. 
Knowing in danger Kisame used Water Release: Thousand Feeding Sharks Technique to conceal it an overwhelm Guy. Guy used Asakujaku : Morning Peacock but he couldn't destroy all of Kisame's shark then guy opened his The Seventh Chakra Gate of Shocks blocking the sharks rout. Kisame used his powerful Water Release: Super Shark Bomb Technique, to get rid of Guy. Guy continued his Hirudora: Daytime Tiger. Kisame's Super Shark Bomb Technique was rows stronger against chakra based techniques and Hirudora: Daytime Tiger was composed of "youthful" air pressure. It overpowered and defeated Kisame and destroyed all of remaining sharks as well.
When Kisame knocked unconscious by Guy, Aoba restrained to read his mind in order to get intelligence on Akatsuki. When Aoba came to across memories of Tobi's face Kisame bit his own tongue to force him awake and broke free of his restrains. Cloud and Leaf ninja tried to capture him again but Kisame imprisoned him in the Water Poison Technique.
While Kisame was inside the Water Poison Technique, Kisame commits to suicide to protect Akatuki's secrets he summoned his three sharks and allowed them to devour him. He remembered his first meeting with Itachi and realized that he was not terrible as he once thought and died with the smile on his face.
They got scroll when Kisame died, when they tried to check contents of scroll but they found it was body a trap and all of them caught in heavy water, Water Poison Technique with the shark. Another shark took the scroll and swam away with it towards the ocean, which eventually found its way to Zetsu.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
