Konan said him that Yahiko found Akatsuki,Furthermore Nagato awakened Rinnegan it does not belong to you and they are belong to Amagakue. Obito told him i am the one who encouraged Yahiko to establish Aaktsuki and i was also the one who gave Nagato the Rinnegan, but she doesn't believe him and turns into paper and engulfs Tobi, hoping to use the exploding tags she mixed himself with paper bombs how ever Obito send away that explosion, saving both of their lives at the cost of his right arm with the upper part of his mask is broken and Konana was fail.
